Free Tier

Mixgraph offers a free tier with limited features. No payment information is required for free tier access.

Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at £7.99. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to:

• Automatic monthly renewal unless cancelled
• Payment processing through Stripe
• Cancellation at any time with access until period end

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. After this period, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by NC Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Our algorithms, mixing recommendations, and educational content are proprietary.

Your Content

You retain ownership of playlists and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Third-Party Content

Track metadata and audio features are provided through Spotify and other third-party services. We do not claim ownership of this content.

Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Mixing Recommendations

Our smart recommendations are suggestions based on music theory and data analysis. Success of transitions depends on many factors including DJ skill, equipment, and venue. We are not responsible for unsuccessful mixes or audience reactions.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with Spotify and other services. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NC Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NC Digital Limited in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NC Digital Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
