How are recommendations generated?+
Live Mode scores every track in the Mixgraph catalog — over 50,000 analysed tracks — against your current track across six dimensions, then filters by your energy goal and match preferences (key, genre, era). The top recommendations surface instantly, ranked by overall chemistry score.
What's the difference between Flow Builder and Live Mode?+
Flow Builder is for planning ahead — design your set before you play, test transitions, refine your energy arc. Live Mode is for the booth — get real-time suggestions while you’re mixing. Many DJs use Flow Builder to prepare their opening and peak, then switch to Live Mode to read the room.
Does it work with CDJs or controllers?+
Mixgraph is a track selection tool, not a hardware integration. It runs in your browser alongside your DJ software. You choose the tracks in Mixgraph, then play them on whatever hardware you use — CDJs, controllers, vinyl, or software like Rekordbox, Traktor, or Serato.
