Some yearly subscriptions started before June 2026 included a 7-day free trial. If yours did, nothing changes for you: you aren't charged during the trial, cancelling before it ends means you're never billed, and the 30-day guarantee runs from your first actual charge.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Play Store are governed by Apple's and Google's refund policies respectively. Contact them directly to request a refund for those.
After the 30-day guarantee window, charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. Cancel any time via your dashboard billing portal and you'll keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.
